It is Safe to Choose a different thought

It is safe to pause and choose a different thought.

EVEN IN THE MIDST OF SYMPTOMS, IN THIS EXACT MOMENT:

It is safe to feel safe. 

It is safe to feel happy.

It is safe to feel energetic.

It is safe to find where in your body you are healthy and strong and at ease.

It is safe to let go of the ruminating thoughts. 

It is safe to pause the catastrophizing and focus on something in the the present moment that is okay.

It is safe to smile.

It is safe to dream and hope.

It is safe to ask a wishful “what if?” questions.
